Mere days after we brought you the delightful sight of a Rolls Royce Phantom belonging to the king of Budapest pay parking (and former city deputy mayor) getting the boot, the same car was spotted again breaking parking rules. This time the notorious black Phantom with the license plate “BEAST-1″ was haunting a spot in front of the Opera. Sadly, unlike in fictional version, the Phantom in this case survives.
