Brad Pitt Cleared of Hungarian Zombie Terror Charges

After several months of investigating, Hungary’s National Bureau of Investigations (NNI) announced yesterday it would drop the Brad Pitt Budapest zombie illegal weapon seizure case. The logic: the arsenal of stage weapons seized in Budapest by the national anti-terrorism police had arrived in the customs-free area of Budapest’s international airport without any “organization or person with ownership rights” waiting to take them over, meaning criminal responsibility could not be established. Which might make sense were it not for the fact that all the except that the NNI then returned the weapons to “their owner.” And they say that zombies are only in the movies. Ha. [metropol.hu]
