Here’s the government’s spiffy new video on why Hungarian youth should stay in Hungary instead of going abroad in search of livable wages.
UPDATE: No, really, we’re not kidding – this is a new public service video, put out by the Ministry of National Resources, encouraging young Hungarians not to emigrate by showing them all the wonderful things they would be leaving behind, including doing shots and then throwing up on the street.

yeah! why go out to another country looking for livable wages and a better life? Stay in Hungary, the most self-destructive nation on earth, with a political and economical system built by/for retards, a place that day by day looks more like a little facebook farm ruled by a supreme leader.
Who made it? Some hacker trying to put even more shame on Hungary? Cannot be true.
Well this got a Double Oooo Isten from the Hungarian Girlfriend. Thats not the highest but close. She said (quite rightly) that trying to scare young magyars away with horror stories about the excesses of alcohol won’t work anyway. Why don’t the Hungarian Government show that its more likely these poor young slaves will balloon up to 150 kilo’s munching all that lardy butt English diet? I took the gf there last year and she was shocked how FAT everyone was. “They are BLOBS!”
Wank. How much did the agency and all their friends get for
creating this? Who was the ad agency/film production company
btw?
Very good. Name me ONE Hungarian who ever succeeded in
anything by leaving Hungary.
Re; Veri good= Julius……
You never know why certain propaganda flicks are produced. What I do know is that it wasn’t cheap to create this one. There were probably a few dozen psychologists behind the scenes, attempting to create a sense of superficial passivism. If you can influence the youth to believe they have a acceptable existence, they can be controlled for at least another decade by the thugs currently in power. Salute!
Dear “Very Good”, You’re an idiot…
The above video is the unfinished, roughly edited first draft. The finished, definite version can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irSNolGR-5E
I have been convinced for a while now that governments attempt to influence their “flock” on a daily basis through both overt and covert actions, but this is just too obvious. What they should be doing is enticing corporations to come to Hungary by NEVER having to pay ANY income tax, property tax, licensing fees or gasoline tax to the Hungarian Government. As long as the employees would be paid a fair hourly rate, the employees could pay the state income tax. Every single Hungarian under the age of 80 would be employed within months. Allow the Hungarians to do the same. If you have 200 or more full time employees, no tax. The rate of failure for corporations is around 80% anyway, so let the ones that survive, thrive…
What’s up with the dog? You actually have places in Hungary where you can “store” your dogs in steel cages and pick them up when you feel like it? If that’s not a product of your communist past, I don’t know what is. Pets are social animals, that need companionship, to be fed and cared for. Doggie prison is not a humane decision. It’s Sunday, go to Church and say hello to your fellow Christian brethren …
mother of god jackson – don’t you have something to do that spout off at everything…whether or not you understand the topic seems to make no difference. how bout you leaving hungary?
“very good” was thinking the same thing
Actually, no, I was being sarcastic. I’m well aware of Hungary’s
famous inventors and achievers, from Semmelweiss to Liszt to von
Neuman to Teller to Biro to Rubik, etc. etc, who either attained their
success outside Hungary, or needed outside help to realise their
ambition.
The message: ‘Stay in Hungary. There’s nothing for you outside’
seems a bit limiting to me, especially when the main selling points
seem to be getting drunk, and arguing in a one-room flat in a
poorly lit, graffittied street.
Hello everyone,
I work as a freelance journalist for the French-German TV programme ARTE Yourope.
I am currently working on a report about Hungary. I am looking for a young couple who has given up migration plan and finally decided to remain in Hungary. The point is to draw a parallel between the video clip “Minden ideköt” and a true story.
If you want to take part in th programme, please contact me via e-mail.
Kind Regards,
