Hungary Represents in Chatroulette Penis Wars

Although the location based off IP addresses zooms to an ISP's address not the individual's, what we've learned is that the guy in Budapest needs a new hairdo, Mosonmagyaróvár needs better lighting, and that the guy from Debrecen comes up short when compared to his compatriot from Szekszárd.
