Final Issue Perfect Example of Why No One Bought FHM

People wondering how an international magazine like FHM could go under in Hungary should look no further than the last issue hitting newsstands this week, featuring current Playmate of the Year Viktoria Metzker. While there's nothing wrong with Metzker, who is now in her third year as reigning Playmate of the Year (among our other gripes with the Hungarian version of Playboy) perhaps having a woman who has bared all in another magazine do a "covered-up" spread in your own isn't exactly going to move issues of the magazine. And despite the fact that FHM is more upmarket than its raunchier competitor CKM, let's be honest, people who buy the magazine buy it for the scantily clad girl on the cover. And if they've already seen that woman fully naked elsewhere (or via Google Image Search), why would they buy the mag? For the articles?
