Police Powerless as Underage Urchin Trash Church in Rural Rampage

If last year's rampage by the Transylvanian Tyke of Terror™ wasn't enough evidence that Hungary's laws related to juvenile crime need to be overhauled, a group of 12-13 year old boys was recently apprehended in Ádánd after egging a church and pouring milk onto the carpets inside. The kids have also been linked to a break-in at the local school's cafeteria. After apprehending the boys, the police were unable to arrest them, however, because they are too young to be charged with a crime.
