- The driver of a BKV bus #22 forgot to engage the handbrake while parking yesterday morning at Moszkva tér. The bus careened into two cars, sending a child who was a passenger in one of them to the hospital with minor injuries. [stop.hu]

I totally approve of #3. I’d love to see more BKV drivers taking a proactive approach to dealing with drunken passengers. OK, on night-buses you kind of expect them, but otherwise yes – cart them off to the copshop.
As for #1, inspectors never check passes properly, so it probably doesn’t matter if the ones they provide are “bogus”. You could even make your own at home if you were that way inclined. I was using my March pass well into May and no inspector batted an eyelid
