  1. Odin's lost eye says:

In your quote you can’t maken this shit up. We do not need to! MVH is the result of ‘Eurocrap’. It is a ‘gravy train’ and ‘jobs for the boys’ outfit where the idiot off-spring of “senior mandarins” can live a life of incompotent ease and “good old boys who know where the bodies are” are put out to grass!
It is the result of a euro diretive which says that “A Regulatory Body is to be established/set up in every Member State.

The main task of the Regulatory Body is to ensure a fair and non-discriminatory access to the rail network and services. The legal basis for the creation and competence of the Regulatory Body can be found in Article 10.7 of Directive 2001/12/EC and in Articles 30 and 31 of Directive 2001/14/EC.”
The problem for Hungary is thatn the web-site is in “FrED” French, English -God knows why- and Deutch. They can be found at for those who speak English: – http://ec.europa.eu/transport/rail/rb/rb_intro_en.htm
if yopu change the “intro_en.” to “intro_fr.” you get the French version of the same crap.
I think that somewhere bonuses involved hence the 100MHuf fine.
