Troublesome Tyke Terrorizing Inner-City Budapest Square

A twelve year old terror is wreaking havoc at Budapest's Blaha Lujza tér, Borsonline.hu is reporting. Thursday afternoon, the tyke pictured to the right stabbed a fifteen year old in the leg when the theft of the elder boy's MP3 player didn't go quite as smoothly as first planned. Fortunately, due to the help of some passers-by, the victim survived the incident despite losing quite a bit of blood. But if you think that's bad, the punishment for the crime is even more outrageous. Apparently because the attacker is twelve, he can't actually be charged with a crime, and as a consequence, was released shortly after being apprehended by the police.
Identified only as G.I.P., (yes, there's an unintended joke there for English readers), the juvenile delinquent was soon back out to menace people at the public transportation hub. Index.hu interviewed the "residents" of the underpass, who said he is known as Krisztián, while the portal's readers were quick to suggest that the attacker is none other than the shining example of quality upbringing seen in the video entitled 120 Centimeters of Violence.
According to the Borsonline.hu article, the pint-sized prowler is from Gyergyószentmiklós in Transylvania, grew up with ten (!) of his siblings, (another example of why more people need to be taught about the merits of condoms), has never attended school and unsurprisingly as a consequence of that can't read or write. Every time he's busted for something, (there are currently 10-12 police investigations involving him), he's taken to a place for juveniles, from where he escapes, and subsequently starts being a menace again.
While it's obvious that Hungary's laws regarding juvenile offenders need to be rewritten as he can't be charged, since he's not even a Hungarian citizen, (he's Romanian), why don't they just deport the little bastard? (It can be done, as Italy has taken to deporting some of their Romanian "visitors," and apparently his parents aren't even in the country.) Not only would this remove an excuse for the Hungarian Guard to go march on Blaha Lujza tér, it would solve the problem for Budapest at least, if not for the kid, who'll be in and out of the penal system of a Central European country just as soon as he can be charged with something.
Well, he is obviously an "ethnic Hungarian born in Romania", so of course he cannot be deported.
If he would be a "Real Romanian" or even worse from Africa, he would of course have been deported after 5 minutes.
I think that kid is very smart, he has been challenged by his surroundings and prejudiced people.
Alberto,
I wish you to bump into him someday with his knife in his hand asking for your cellphone or any other valuables you may have on you when walking in the streets. *hole
This little gangster is as much Hungarian as i am American or Brittish. This little gypsy just happens to speak Hungarian.
Oh dear! This tiny toad, the tiresome, troubling, Transylvanian terror tyke trys to takeover the total(14 'Ts'in a row! hows that for an illeteration?) blog. Does it matter what his origins are etc. He has no 'vizable means of support' and in Europe - He goes home -end story- Except the tiny toad was put into 'strong lodgings' in Romania from whence he has 'done a runner!' What next?
