District XIII Residents Forced to Hold Orgies in Their Own Homes

District XIII has just closed down a club that hosted public orgies, having suddenly decided that such goings-on are illegal, we are informed by fun women's portal velvet.hu. The relevant regulations are unclear, but district administrator Zsuzsanna Krobóth Forgóné has decided, for some reason, that what went on at the Glory Hole "swinger club" (pictured) on January 13 violated public morals. On that day, the club organized a “squirting party” (spriccparti), during which around 50 men had oral sex on stage with two naked women.

Forgóné could not explain why this would violate public morals – no, really – as current laws do not define what activities are so disgusting that they should be banned. So she based her decision on her own morals, and confessed "We are taking the risk that we may be wrong and the promoter will demand compensation." She felt that something needed to be done after several complaints against the club were filed, sometimes more than one a day. It could be that the neighbors were simply annoyed that someone was having a better time than them – the club's events were not advertised outside, and guests could enter only if they paid and were over 18.

The dispute between the Glory Hole and the local council started in November when the District announced – citing various reasons – that it would withdraw the club's operating permit. Club manager Antal Kolozsvári, challenged the decision at the Central Hungary regional administration office (Közép- magyarországi Regionális Közigazgatási Hivatal), but the District didn’t wait for the verdict.

Council authorities said they would have waited if the club had kept its promise not to organize any more "entertaining programs with music and dancing." But they decided that the "squirting party" falls into this category. Actually, Forgóné admitted that she doesn’t give a f*** about the rules concerning sex in public: "There could have been a children's choir singing works by Kodály that night, I still would have had the institution closed." Then, just to show that she has a fun side, she pointed out that home sex parties remain legal in District XIII.
