let's talk about us
Pestiside Staff: Sean Jordan
Contributing Editor Sean Christopher Jordan was born in 1976 and raised, corn-fed, on a farm in southwestern Ontario, Canada. He was educated first at a somewhat prestigious boarding school, still in Ontario, and then at a somewhat prestigious university in Montreal. In 2001 he arrived in Budapest by Vespa and, lacking any feasible alternative, decided to put down roots.
When he's not toiling at a local software firm, Sean can often be found bemoaning the lack of a decent local music scene over korsók at any of Pest's summertime kertek. His chores at this website include his self-appointed and sporadic role as typo-spotter, as well as increasingly regular forays into feature writing: his controversial Belgrade travelogue and disturbing exposé on local pig-killing customs rank as instant classics. In the future, Sean plans to put his encyclopedic grasp of fontology to use on top-secret Pestiside projects.
