Pestiside.hu offers the easiest and most cost-effective way to communicate your message to the thousands of affluent internationals resident in Hungary, as well as Internet-savvy individuals around the world interested in Budapest and Hungary in general. Its mix of current events, gossip, living, style, entertainment listings and other original content is targeted at "influencers": those people who set the trends that others follow. As an advertising proposition, it is aimed at those companies, especially small firms and individual entrepreneurs, who would like to reach these readers, but are looking for a more affordable and efficient advertising medium than those already on the market.

Advertising Banners
We sell graphic ad banners by impression rather than by time. This means you only pay for those ads that are actually viewed by readers. We are also happy to give advertisers access to our ad-serving software, so you can track your impressions, clicks-through, and other related statistics in real-time. The following sizes and locations for grapic ads are currently available on the site (sizes are measured in pixels wide by pixels high).
• 468 x 60 (below the Pestiside logo and above the editorial content on every page) - Ft 7 per impression (see example)
• 300 x 250 (the large rectangle within the editorial "well", between the third and fourth posts on the front page) - Ft 8 (see example)
• 160 x 600 (The classic "skyscraper" banner, attractively placed in the right-hand column) - Ft 10
• 160 x 200 (rectangle in the right-hand column) - Ft 5 (see example)
• 160 x 60 (rectangle in the right-hand column) - Ft 3 (see example)

No Minimum Purchase!
Yes, that's right. At least for the time being, there is no minimum purchase for advertising. So if you're crazy enough to buy a single impression for Ft 3, then we're crazy enough sell it to you! All we ask is that you make your payment in advance, either by wire transfer, cash, or Paypal. Contact advertising@pestiside.hu to place your order.
