Talking Head Says Own Urine Tastes "Terrible"

We have no idea how we missed this tangy little story involving one of Hungary's most ubiquitous celebrities. Apparently, the RTL Klub and Radió Deejay host Balázs Sebestyén (right, looking a little yellow) recently found himself compelled to drink a frothing hot glass of his own whiz, after promising to see for himself what was up with the "pee therapy" that is apparently all the rage among Hollywood's alternative medicine nuts.

From what we understand, the famously irritating Sebestyén made the vow to swig his own vizelet while discussing the controversial cure with his Deejay co-hosts. What he didn't expect was the, er, flood of messages waiting for him at the station the next time he arrived to do his show. "Many people asked me to keep my promise and drink a cup of my own pee," Sebestyén told Blikk (the piece is not online). "I couldn't step back, I had to be brave," he said, adding that he did it both for his own sake and that of his listeners.

"What's more, I had to do it on air, to drink a deciliter of my 'rose water', while the whole crew watched! My two co-hosts, Móni and Jani, were speechless."

And in addition to the humiliation, there was the taste. "It was terrible!" Sebestyén admitted. "I couldn't say a word for half a minute [after drinking it], but then someone handed me a soft drink. Of course, I won't do this regularly!"

Well, gosh we'd sure hope not; there are people who could really use that urine.
