but seriously
In Today's Papers: Nation's Agriculture Sector in Deep Do-Do

• The rightist Jobbik Magyarországért Mozgalom (Movement for a Better Hungary) dumped a truckload of animal dung in front of the Ministry of Agriculture yesterday to express their agreement with the pissed-off farmers who are currently beseiging Budapest. Because the Jobbers blame the EU for the hardships of Hungary's agricultural workers, they stuck an EU flag on top of the heap, and placed a spoon next to it, suggesting that Hungary's Europhile government enjoy a bite.
• The Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP) is launching a website today called Nationwide Left-Wing Board Game to "build a bridge between the youth and politics." Players can register for the tic-tac-toe-like game from March 5th.
• Airport workers are planning to protest in favor of the planned new cargo transport facility that is expected to create 600 new jobs, MNO writes. They plan on dumping several tons of cargo goods in front of the office buildings of Ferihegy Airport to underscore their belief that the government shouldn't get involved in the airport's development. No word on what kind of cargo they will be dumping, but if it's from abroad, we hope they remember to pay duty on it.
More steaming hot morning briefs, after the jump...
• According to Népszabadság, hospital records might be translated into Hungarian in the future to avoid misunderstandings between doctors and patients and thus lessen the number of lawsuits against hospitals.
• A number 6 tram was derailed this morning in Dist. XI at the intersection of Budafoki út and Irinyi út after colliding with a small truck, MTI reports. The truck driver was taken to hospital; there are no reports on his condition. The trams are replaced with buses on the whole length of the line.
• A man was hit and killed by a subway train at Nyugati tér yesterday morning. Whether it was an accident or the man was trying to commit suicide remains unclear.
